Do you replace my therapist?

No, Breakpoint is designed to complement and enhance your therapeutic journey, not replace it. We believe in the irreplaceable value of the therapist-client relationship and aim to support that connection by helping you make the most of your sessions.

Am I allowed to record my therapy sessions?

Recording therapy sessions is normal and perfectly legal with your therapist's consent. Many therapists support recording as it can enhance the therapeutic process. Always discuss recording with your therapist first and respect their policies.

Can I record right from Breakpoint?

You can record yourself thinking aloud right in Breakpoint. But we don't yet support recording your therapy sessions directly.

Use an app like Voice Memos to record your therapy session, then upload that recording.

Is there an app?

Breakpoint works on any phone, tablet, or laptop through your web browser. We don't have an app yet.
